Introduction

by HiddenElegance @ 2008-04-01 - 23:53:46

Hi there, My name is Kirsty Watts and I'm 14 years old and from Warrington!!!
This blog is basically going to be about me raising money as I need roughly £2000!!
Why so much at my age you might ask?
Well, theres various reasons really.. But the main one is because on the 30th Janurary 2008, My best friend, Kayleigh, moved to Australia. I really really really miss her, of course I do! And I really want to see her so I'm trying to raise money for me and a friend (or my mum dependant on where the accomidation will be) to go and visit her, also another thing I need to buy is a new laptop as this computer is really old and despite what my mum says it is gonna go anytime now!
So here I will be telling you how I get on and what I do and everything, theres a few ways i'm doing so far. I'll explain these as I go on.

Make money from nothing challange: £0/£1000
This one is basically as it says. I have to get something and sell it on and make a profit but the thing i started off with had to be free or a gift or something so i am getting money for basically doing NOTHING!
The other challange i'm doing aswell is
April selling challange: £0/£250
This is basically sell what ever you have and try and make whats there this month!

I'm gonna post another entry for todays log tough so its seperate
Kirst xx
